Should have taken some before pics. I don’t do it often and I also don’t warranty it but I’ve done probably 10 of these in the last decade or so and not one failed. Doing a Time-Sert repair on a pulled Cylinder Stud. This is a CVO 110 motor and I got it as perfect as you can. His BS warranty company denied the claim for BS reason so it’s this or new cases.

We have been chasing a leak on this evo softail for going on a week. We were fairly certain it was leaking from the left side crank seal. The cases had some mild scoring and we thought we just were not getting a good seal. Finally decided to take the stator off and put pressure to the case via the case vent. Here is what we found

Just a heads up to my customers that follow me here. Our entire complex was hit by a Microburst and mo one is allowed in or out until cleared by the fire department. I was lucky enough that my units were unscathed no damage to any customer bikes but the building in front mine is a total loss. I’m trying to get the calls forwarded to take calls but you can reach me on my Cell (480)640-5039

Fat tire kit on a 24 CVO. Came out nice. Also did the 23 and down fairing lowers.
