Now Hiring: Fleet Mechanic – Join the Team at All City Towing (Tempe)
$24–$27/hr (starting/depending on experience)

All City Towing is one of Arizona’s largest towing and recovery companies with a growing in-house fleet and shop. We're looking for a dependable Level 2 (Mid-Level) Fleet Mechanic to join our team, someone who takes pride in quality work, stays productive, and works well with others.

This is not a flat-rate job or commission hustle. It’s full-time, consistent work maintaining and repairing our own fleet of light- and medium-duty trucks.

✅ What You’ll Get:
• $24–$27/hr – Starting/Based on experience, paid bi-weekly
• Steady Hours – Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Benefits – Health insurance, PTO, and more after 90 days
• Hands-On Work – From PMs and brake jobs to diesel repairs and hydraulics

✅ What We’re Looking For (Level 2 / Mid-Level Tech):
• 2–5 years of mechanical experience (diesel or fleet preferred)
• Can handle PMs, brake work, cooling, air, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Able to perform inspections and basic diagnostics
• Has their own tools
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
• Willing to grow into more advanced diagnostic work

🔧 Bonus if You Have Experience In:
• Hydraulics (wheel-lift, underlift, boom systems)
• Truck HVAC systems
• Electrical/electronic diagnostics
• Trailer repair or PM work
• Body/collision repair with diesel familiarity
• Tow truck repair

Location: Tempe, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends
