We know it’s been a little quiet on our page lately — actually all year the shop has been buzzing with work, and we haven’t had much time to post updates or photos. We just want to say a huge THANK YOU to our amazing customers for keeping us busy and for continuing to trust us with your vehicles all year long.

As Christmas week approaches, our team will be taking a little time off to rest, recharge, and spend time with our families. We appreciate your understanding and support and look forward to kicking off the new year fresh and ready to serve you even better!

In all seriousness deer come from what seems like out of nowhere sometimes and they are a huge reason to carry good insurance coverage. I hope and pray no one gets injured but we are here when you need us to get your pride and joy back on the road.

NEW POLICY - EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

At OT's Frame and Body, we stand behind OEM-quality parts and proper repair procedures-your safety and the long-term value of your vehicle always come first.

Progressive adjusters routinely choose the lowest-priced, uncertified parts available, and push used-conditiion parts that often arrive with dents, rust, or poor prior repairs-90% of which must be rejected.

This causes delays averaging 4 days or more while we reorder or argue for acceptable CAPA-certified or OEM-matched parts. This process can triple repair times and still result in underpayment for the work required to restore your vehicle.

Any short pay between Progressive's payment and the actual cost of a quality, safe repair that OT's stands behind will be the vehicle owner's responsibility.

Typical short pays have ranged between $200 to $1,000 per repair.
