Alright everyone, let’s have a chat:

* The only phone number that should be called to contact us is 1-502-494-8602. No other number, no matter who provides it to you, is going to work.
* You can call and leave a message on that phone number, 24/7. If we do not answer your initial call, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CALL BACK SO LONG AS YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE THAT INCLUDES YOUR NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND TELL US THAT YOU’RE CALLING ABOUT A TOWED IN CAR.
* To be clear: The 502-494-8602 number can be called 24/7 but that does not mean we are required to answer your call 24/7. All calls regarding a towed in vehicle will be returned- again, we need you to leave a message with your name, phone number, and state that you're calling about a towed in vehicle.
* S&K no longer has a dedicated secretary. This means that our owner (who is also one of our drivers) may miss your call during business hours. Again, you will be called back so long as you leave a message with your name, telephone number, and tell us that you’re calling about a towed in car.
* Our official business hours are 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Pickups are by appointment only. We need an hour’s notice to make sure that someone is at the lot to release your vehicle.
* Let us be very clear: despite the stereotypes surrounding tow truck drivers or your own assumptions, we do not want your car on our lot a moment longer than necessary. We want you reunited with your vehicle and personal property. We don’t want to be an obstacle in your life. We are a family owned business that has been working in Taylorsville for more than two decades. We care very deeply about everyone in this community and we pride ourselves on the business we built.
* I hope this post clears some things up. This social media page is not in regular use. There is no one checking it for comments or messages. The only way to reach us is by phone, at 502-494-8602.

Thank you for taking care of us! Beautiful work. We love it.

I normally don’t do vehicle lettering anymore but, Skip really takes care of us on our mechanic work. We have got to see him a lot over the last couple years due to the POS Ford Explorer we own. Nothing personal, but we hope not see him as often with our new (to us) Grand Jeep Cherokee.

CALLING ON GOOD MECHANICS LOOKING FOR A JOB!

We’re looking for a capable, reliable mechanic who can show up to work on time, stay at work through scheduled time, and be able to work a full work week. If you’re the type of person who regularly shows up an hour late and/ or takes 1-3 days off every week, you’re not the right fit for us. (Not to be harsh but being reliable is important.) Obviously, you get breaks (including lunch) through the day. Please note, that with the coronavirus outbreak, we don’t want you coming to work sick or if you’ve had close interactions with someone that has the coronavirus.

PAY IS EQUAL TO EXPERIENCE. There is no base pay because we want to pay you what you’re worth.

Starting March 23rd, we will not be accepting walk-ins. Our office will be closed for a little bit. If you need any work done, don’t hesitate to give us a call! The shop number is 502-538-7365. This closure is temporary and we will let you know when we re-open the office.
