🚫 NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR FIGHTING 🚫
For the safety of everyone on site, alcohol, drugs, and any form of fighting are strictly prohibited during events.
DRIVERS:If you are caught:• 1st Offense: Immediate removal from the property & disqualification (DQ) from the event• 2nd Offense: Disqualification, loss of all points & a 2-week suspension• 3rd Offense: $500 fine before returning to any event
CREW MEMBERS:If you are caught drinking, using drugs, or involved in fighting, the same penalties apply.Your driver is responsible for your actions and will be penalized accordingly.
SPECTATORS:If you are caught:• 1st Offense: Removal from the property• 2nd Offense: $100 fine before returning• 3rd Offense: $500 fine
FIGHTING POLICY (ZERO TOLERANCE):Any driver, crew member, or spectator involved in fighting will be:• Immediately removed from the property• Disqualified from the event (if applicable)• $500 fine per person involved before returning
• 2nd Offense:– Banned for 365 days– $1,000 fine required before returning to the grounds
Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
IMPORTANT:Per our lease agreement, there is zero tolerance (0%) for alcohol or drug use during events. This includes ma*****na.
Our goal is to provide a safe, family-friendly environment. Families should not have to deal with intoxicated behavior, fighting, or drug use.
