Congratulations to the Logan family and the Sport Clips Collection, awarded Second in Class at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance with the 1937 Delahaye Type 135 Coupe des Alpes. A superb car with an extraordinary history; hidden from the Germans in occupied France during the war, later driven by members of the French Resistance in the parade celebrating the liberation of Annecy in August 1944

The Smithsonian comes to Taylor! Delighted that the exhibit is on display in our newly renovated Heidenheimer warehouse, around the corner from the shop on 1st Street. We’ve added our own automotive angle to the mix with a special lineup on vehicles representing each decade from the last century (and a bit longer!)
All locally owned and enjoyed…
Exhibit is open to the public from tomorrow August 15 and runs until September 27

Spark! Places of Innovation, a traveling exhibition from the Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street (MoMS) program and part of Taylor's Sesquicentennial celebration, kicks off this weekend!

"Taylor's Story of Innovation: 150 Years on the Brazos Trail" explores how innovation has shaped Taylor and the surrounding Brazos Trail Region for more than 150 years. While the Smithsonian highlights stories of rural ingenuity from across America, Taylor's exhibit brings that story home, showcasing the people, industries, and ideas that transformed a small railroad town into a thriving Central Texas community.

The exhibit runs from August 15 through September 27 at the Heidenheimer Building, 209 E. First St., Taylor, Texas 76574.
