We're not usually one to call out bad experiences, but as of recently, we've had terrible service with local dealership parts departments.
Specifically Honda and Nissan.
When we call and told that the part that we need to put one of our customer vehicles back together will be in my hands the next day, and when 10am rolls around the following day with no parts...
That's a problem.
When we discover that the parts never got ordered is when we see red.

They want to play these games then we don't need them anymore.
All of our genuine parts will be ordered direct from national warehouse and shipped in.
Don't bother sending a pleated slacks and penny loafer wearing mid management fall guy to try to salvage our relationship either.
You've lost your Powerhouse privileges.
