Hey all! With all the current news surrounding COVID-19 we thought it neccessary to give an update on how we will be adapting to the current situation. First of all, All About Scooters will not be temporary closing. However, we have already shortened our hours from 10am-6pm to 10am-4pm. We will also be delivering any scooters bought during these times at no extra cost. We know that for many our shop is the only place to get affordable repairs and service for their bikes so we knew we had to stay open. Because we are remaining open, our employees are taking special precautions to make ensure everyone's safety including: regular hand washing, regular sanitation of the shop including doors, counters, keys, and of course our scooters. If you're nervous about coming in our employees can walk you through our different models over the phone. We've also switched to personal bottled water for customers to eliminate our water fountain as a health risk. Our main priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers and our employees. Also because we know that many of our student customers may choose to return home for the semester or even the whole summer we've reduced our monthly storage rate to $35/month (previously $50.) With all the commotion about viruses and cancellations it's easy to forget to take care of your scooter this Spring Break. All About Scooters is offering $20 storage for Spring Break and $40 for Spring Break and the following 2 weeks classes are canceled. One less thing to worry about this flu season.

All About Scooters is getting ready for Tax Season! We're ordering new off road stock and accepting customer orders just for the new season! Our 125cc ATV's run from $1299-1399 and can get a full grown adult at 40-45 mph! They may be fast but they leave the shop in the back of a truck even faster so hurry in while supplies last.

We're looking for an enthusiastic person who can help around the front end of our shop.

Responsibilities:

Handle and coordinate active calender's
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Manage social media marketing accounts across platforms
Assists with sales and sales of merchandise
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in-store
Proficient in the following: Microsoft Office suite, Google Calendar, Quickbooks
Also helpful by doing some data entry for sales receipts, invoices and other things for customers and vendors in Quickbooks (our data management system).

A lot of your work will be done on the computer or the phone so experience with both is a definite plus.
