even though the oil change place that this customer goes to told her that she had a cracked oil pan, and it wasn't cracked but the oil plug was stripped.

I removal and replaced a crankshaft position sensor on this Honda Civic and the car didn't start, (this customer didn't get a diagnostic from me)
I also saw a used fuel pump in his back seat, meaning that was his first guess, & than he guessed away evan more money on this job, when all he had to do was pay for a diagnostic to find out exactly what needed to be replaced.

Please learn from his mistakes

I removed and replaced the radiator and the thermostat and thermostat housing. On this Chrysler 300 and it was a beast! And it started raining while I was working into the night i'm glad I already had my tint up because when I started, it was very hot and the Sun was out, but when I finished it was cool dark and raining.
