🛑 BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THAT RV, READ THIS!

Finding the perfect RV is exciting, but don't let that excitement skip a crucial step in protecting your deposit.

Many buyers put down a deposit before the inspection, only to find out it's "non-refundable," even if the inspection uncovers major problems.

Here is your single best piece of protection: Ask the dealership to add this exact phrase to your deposit agreement before you sign: "This deposit is held as a good-faith escrow to purchase [RV VIN and/or Stock #] with the contingency of an independent third-party inspection report result."

What does this do? It makes your deposit dependent on the inspection. If the report reveals significant issues, this clause gives you the power to walk away and get your deposit back.
