Our transmission service includes:
✔ Transmission fluid replacement
✔ Filter inspection and replacement
✔ Leak detection
✔ System inspection
✔ Performance check

Ignoring routine maintenance can lead to overheating, rough shifting, and major repairs that keep your truck off the road.

Don't wait for transmission problems to appear. Preventive maintenance is always faster—and far less expensive—than a complete transmission rebuild.

⚠️ 7 Signs Your DPF Needs Service — Don’t Ignore Them! 🚛🔥

Your DPF is designed to keep your diesel truck’s emissions under control — but when it starts getting clogged, your truck can quickly lose power, fuel economy, and reliability.

Here are 7 warning signs every truck driver should know:

1️⃣ DPF Warning Light 🔥
If the DPF light comes on, your truck is telling you that soot levels are getting too high. Don’t ignore it and hope it disappears.

2️⃣ Loss of Engine Power 💨
Does your truck feel slower than usual, especially when pulling a load or going uphill? A restricted DPF can increase exhaust backpressure and reduce engine performance.

3️⃣ Frequent Regeneration 🔄
If your truck is requesting active regens much more often than normal, it may be struggling to burn off accumulated soot.

4️⃣ Failed or Interrupted Regens ⚠️
Repeated regen failures are a serious warning. Continuing to drive without addressing the problem can lead to severe DPF restriction and derate conditions.

5️⃣ Poor Fuel Economy ⛽
More frequent regens and increased exhaust backpressure can contribute to higher fuel consumption. If your MPG suddenly drops, your DPF system deserves attention.

6️⃣ Check Engine Light 🚨
A DPF-related fault can trigger the Check Engine light. Sensors, temperature issues, pressure problems, or excessive soot accumulation may be involved.

7️⃣ Derate or Limp Mode 🐢
This is the sign you definitely don’t want to see. Severe DPF restriction can cause the truck to enter a derate mode, limiting power and potentially leaving you stuck at the worst possible time.

💡 PRO TIP FOR TRUCKERS:

Don’t wait until your truck is forced into a derate before checking the DPF system. Early diagnostics and proper DPF service can help prevent expensive repairs, lost driving time, and unexpected downtime.

🚛 Your truck makes money when it’s moving — not sitting in a shop.

If you’re noticing any of these symptoms, get the DPF system checked before a small issue becomes a major repair. 🔧

🚨 ENGINE OVERHEATING? DON’T IGNORE IT! 🌡️🔥

For a trucker, an overheating engine isn’t just an inconvenience. A few extra minutes of driving with a serious cooling problem can turn a relatively simple repair into major engine damage — and an expensive loss of time.

So why does a diesel engine overheat? 👇

💧 LOW COOLANT
A leak, damaged hose, loose clamp, or faulty radiator cap can reduce coolant levels. Less coolant = less ability to remove heat.

🧊 DIRTY OR CLOGGED RADIATOR
Dirt, dust, bugs and debris can restrict airflow through the radiator. This is especially important during hot summer runs.

🌡️ BAD THERMOSTAT
If the thermostat doesn’t open correctly, coolant cannot circulate as it should, causing engine temperature to rise.

🌀 FAN OR BELT PROBLEMS
A damaged fan, fan clutch or loose/worn belt can reduce cooling performance. A loose belt can contribute to overheating.

💦 COOLANT PROBLEMS
Using the wrong coolant, incorrect concentration or repeatedly topping off with plain water can reduce the cooling system’s protection and performance.

🔧 HOW TO PREVENT OVERHEATING

✔️ Check coolant level regularly — only when the engine is cool
✔️ Inspect hoses, clamps and belts
✔️ Keep the radiator clean and airflow unrestricted
✔️ Watch the temperature gauge and warning lights
✔️ Follow the manufacturer’s coolant maintenance schedule
✔️ Fix even small coolant leaks before they become big problems

⚠️ See the temperature climbing? Don’t keep pushing the truck just to finish the load. Find a safe place to stop and diagnose the problem.

A few minutes of prevention can save you from hours — or days — of downtime. 🚛💨

Why Is Your Truck Pulling to One Side? 🚛

Ever feel like your truck is constantly trying to drift left or right? Don’t ignore it. A truck that pulls to one side isn’t just annoying — it can be a sign of a problem that affects handling, tire wear, and safety.

Here are the most common causes:

🛞 Tire Pressure
Uneven tire pressure is one of the first things to check. If one tire has significantly more or less air than the other, the truck can pull toward one side. Check all tires when they’re cold and follow the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.

🔧 Wheel Alignment
A misaligned front end is a very common reason for pulling. Hitting potholes, curbs, or rough roads can change alignment angles. Signs include uneven tire wear, a steering wheel that isn’t centered, or the truck drifting even on a straight road.

🛑 Brake Problems
If a brake caliper or other brake component is sticking, one wheel may slow down more than the others. You might notice the truck pulling strongly during braking, a burning smell, or one wheel becoming unusually hot.

⚙️ Suspension & Steering
Worn tie rods, ball joints, bushings, kingpins, or other steering and suspension components can cause the truck to wander or pull. These problems can become dangerous if they’re left unchecked.

🛞 Uneven Tire Wear
Different tread conditions, tire sizes, or uneven wear between tires can also affect how the truck tracks. Inspect your tires regularly, especially on long-haul routes.

🌬️ Road Conditions
Sometimes the truck isn’t actually broken. Road crown, strong crosswinds, or uneven pavement can make a heavy truck move toward one side. If the pull happens only on certain roads, the road itself may be part of the explanation.

🚨 Don’t fight the steering wheel every mile. If your truck consistently pulls to one side, get the tires, brakes, alignment, steering, and suspension inspected.

A small steering problem today can become a big repair — or a serious safety issue — tomorrow.

🚛 Stay safe, inspect your truck, and keep it tracking straight!
