Our Portland, OR location is looking for a Full-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Admin Position!
This is a Monday-Friday position with the shift of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with opportunity of daily and weekend overtime!

Summary of Position:
Maintains and supports day-to-day local accounting functions such as account payable, accounts receivable, revenue reporting and month end close processes. Maintains and supports related accounting systems: CORS, SAP Concur and others. Produces weekly and monthly reports for management. Performs administrative duties as well as special projects as assigned by the Team.
Job Requirements:
-Must be able to pass a background and credit check.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
-Possess excellent planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to identify/correct mistakes.
-Knowledge of general office and business practices, equipment, and procedures.
-Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
-Ability to multi-task and work independently.
-Ability to communicate effectively.
-Maintains a behavior and conduct that maintains a positive work atmosphere.
Education & Experience:
-Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting related positions
OR
Certification or degree in accounting, business, or related field, preferred.
