High mileage is not what shortens a vehicle's life.

Neglect is.

A vehicle with 250,000 miles that receives consistent inspections can often outlast one with half the mileage that has been overlooked for years.

That is why Mark believes every older vehicle should be evaluated based on its condition rather than just the maintenance schedule. As vehicles age, they develop unique needs that only careful inspections can uncover.

The earlier those concerns are found, the easier they are to address before they become major repairs.

We'd bet it would choose someone like Frank.

His career began with trade school in Yakima before earning a Toyota sponsorship and spending eight years at Toyota of Tacoma.

More than a decade later, that same passion for precision and continuous learning is what he brings to every vehicle that enters our shop.

And when the workday is over, he's still turning wrenches, helping friends and family with their own cars. Some people work on vehicles for a living. Others genuinely live the craft.

The age of your car should never be the reason it gets turned away.

Silence doesn't last long in a shop full of people who genuinely love what they do.

One corner is talking diagnostics. Another is debating which generation of Toyota deserves legendary status. Across the shop, someone is explaining a repair while another is convinced there's an easier way to do it. Some conversations last a minute, others carry on all day, but they're all part of what makes every shift different.
