Customer called us today for his 2017 dodge caravan. Battery died and they crossed the jumper cables. Vehicle came in with every warning light on, none of the gauges worked or any signals. Customer needs the vehicle to haul the grandkids around in so timeframe was crucial.

Car got here at 2pm, is now out the door at 4:20 with a new board, programmed and installed.

I guarantee there is not another shop around that could do this repair in that time frame. 🖼️

Still boggles my mind why dodge did this. Complete side to side removal to get the cluster out. Luckily we did quite a few out of Canada so it’s really not that big of a job.

Love keeping these clusters alive for such cool cars. 1996 Chevy impala ss all rebuilt and goin home.

Customer just bought this truck, 2013 ford f150. Complaint of no check engine light, bad tach, no display and bad speedometer. Found out someone took it apart and removed the check engine light and damaged the display so you couldnt see the mileage and damaged the tach and speedo in the process. Fully rebuilt now and able to check all prior problems on the bench before shipping out.

Fun lil project for this week. 1968 Volvo 1800. Speedo rebuild and new cable goin on.

Investing in the proper equipment makes life easy sometimes. Customer wanted a complete cluster to avoid downtime in his tow rig. We sourced a used ram cluster, put a new display in it and went through the common issues, set the odometer and is now out the Door with full warranty. Downtime is knocked down to a few minutes of replacing the cluster.

Another cable goin out for a kenworth. Been doing a lot of cables lately, couple hour turnaround on most, what’s funny is the main supplier of these cable parts didn’t want to sell to us because we’re so close to the other shop, yet here we are making 10-15 cables a week with our new supplier.
