Glenwood will be reopening our doors on Wednesday, September 6th.
Please read the following changes to our business procedures:
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm-4:30pm
• If our office is closed, please do not knock on the shop door. Please call the office phone and leave a message and we will call you back within 24 hours.
• All appointments must be scheduled in advance. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
There is a new office building that is located directly next to the shop. NO customers are permitted into the shop building.
Drop-off and Pick-up procedure:
• Drop-off: Customers may drop off their vehicles at any time. There will be a drop box located on the new office building for all keys.
• Pick-up: Vehicle pick up will be scheduled through our office. If you are unable to make your scheduled pick up time, please call to notify us. NO keys will be left in vehicle for before/after business hours. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
***Please be advised: ALL invoices must be paid in full at time of pick up.
Please be aware that all appointments that are scheduled for next week and all future dates are in effective and on schedule. We will be working on returning all calls and messages starting this Wednesday, September 6th.
