Agate Construction #1114 Collision Repair

Agate Construction utility truck had a run in with a deer. Penn Jersey handled the insurance claim from start to finish. Repaired with all factory OEM parts. New radiator,condenser,grill,headlights, bumper and repaired and refinished both front fenders with PPG Envirobase System to get her back in tip top shape. 👍👍

Welcome New Customer Walters Marine Construction!! 👍👍
Penn Jersey Paint and Coatings was commissioned to bring their John Deere 850J Dozer back to life. Pressure washed, blasted, epoxy primed and coated with PPG AUE300 and AUE370 Industrial Coatings. Cleaned up and installed new factory decals. Crew did an amazing job as always!! Thanks again Walters and we look forward to the next project!

Penn Jersey Paint and Coatings has begun our largest coating project to date!! We are blasting and coating (651) pieces of 51’ steel pilings with PPG Amercoat 78HB coal tar epoxy with a minimum dry film thickness of 16.0 mils. Using our Titan 75:1 Airless Sprayer to apply coating. We’ve also recently acquired our SSPC QP3 Contractor Certification for this and future projects. Taking the whole crew to make this happen! Fabricated lifting device to offload and load sheets from haulers and device to pick up sheets individually to load onto 50’ steel carts. We’ll keep you posted on progress. So far so good! 👍👍

Got an “attaboy” job from our new customer L Feriozzi Concrete! Completely stripped down cab and performed some heavy fiberglass repairs to front of hood. Full prime with PPG CRE Epoxy and topcoated with PPG Essentials Single Stage. Sandblasted and refinished front bumper flat black. Good luck with it Jr., Joey L and Andrew!

New Customer L Feriozzi Concrete Before and After 😃

Feriozzi commissioned us to refinish the cab on their KW triaxle to match their fleet. Cab was stripped down, sanded and primed with PPG CRE epoxy primer and top coated with PPG Essentials Polyurethane Single Stage. Customers vinyl was installed after painting

Aqua Dump Body
Aqua commissioned us to blast and paint the bed and frame on their Sterling dump body. Finished it off with some spot repairs to cab and detail inside and out. Refinished with PPG AUE300 Commercial Coatings. Thanks Charlie and we’re looking forward to the next project!! 😃😃😃

No job too small... Front bumper replacement on Ford F-150. Cut off and welded new bumper brackets to frame rails and replaced bumper bar,pad and lower valance with OEM parts. One day turnaround for one of our best customers!! 👍👍

Repaupo Fire Museum Generator Trailer

Pretty Cool Project! 1955 Ford pickup bed fabricated into a generator trailer for Audobon, NJ fire department. Was donated to the Repaupo fire museum and they commissioned Penn Jersey to bring it back to life. We disassembled,sandblasted,performed all bodywork and necessary patch panels,epoxy primed and topcoated with PPG Essentials Urethane Single Stage. Can't wait to see it all completed with lettering and equipment mounted. Good luck to Keith Knight and the crew at the museum! Thanks for letting us be a part of the restoration!

Courtesy of the Red,White and Blue!😃. Truck was stripped down,sandblasted,epoxy primed and top coated with PPG AUE300 and 370 Industrial Coatings. Wheels were sent out for cutting and polishing. Customers vinyl decals were installed. Definitely a head turner! Big thanks to AJon for their continued business and referral of new customers!

Tom Ward Mack TRI-Axle.
Truck was purchased from one of our good customers, AJon. Tom needed it changed to his fleet colors of red and white. Penn Jersey crew went to work and disassembled, sandblasted and fabricated some new rear side marker light brackets. Truck received full PPG epoxy primer and was top coated with PPG AUE300 Industrial Coatings. Aluminum wheels were subletted out for cutting and polishing. Crew did an awesome job and Tom was extremely pleased!! Special thanks to AJon for referring our services!!
