BD'AZ Towing genuinely saved my ass last minute when my truck broke down during an Amazon job. I was stressed out trying to figure everything out, calling different towing companies, and either nobody answered properly or they were trying to charge crazy prices like they were towing a spaceship to Mars. Humanity really looked at someone stranded and thought "profit opportunity." Incredible species.
The guy from BD'AZ Towing treated me extremely well from the start. Super respectful, professional, patient, and actually cared about helping instead of rushing me off the phone. Communication was clear the whole time and they showed up when they said they would.

Amazing that a manufacture of this caliber would produce a product with incorrect parts and then not stand behind their product and replace those parts “out of warranty”.

Its not a warranty issue its a manufacturing mistake on one of the first redesigned 25 tons produced. Some companies care about their reputation and some just say take it or leave it, good thing we have options when spending this level of money with a company.
