🚨 National Move Over Day 🚨

For us at DeFalco’s, this reminder is personal. The people working just feet from passing traffic are our coworkers, our friends, and someone’s family. ❤️

South Carolina law requires drivers approaching stopped emergency vehicles with flashing lights—including tow trucks—to slow down and move into a lane away when safely possible. If you can’t safely move over, slow down and use extra caution.

Every time you pass our team helping someone roadside, please give them room to work and a chance to get home safely.

Slow down. Move over. Someone we love is out there. 💛🚛

It’s National Move Over Day

National Move Over Day is Saturday, October 17, 2026. It is held annually on the third Saturday of October.

Please help spread awareness of this special day that promotes safety for all responders.

🎉 Happy 1 Year, Michael! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Michael’s first year with DeFalco’s! 🚛

Michael is one of our flatbed drivers, but if you ask him, he wants to be the “multi-tool” of DeFalco’s 😂 He’s always eager to learn something new, take on more, and lend a hand wherever he’s needed. We love seeing that drive to grow and appreciate the hard work he puts into it!

Beyond that, his kindness and the respect he shows customers and coworkers mean so much to us.

Michael, thank you for everything you’ve brought to our team this past year. We’re glad you’re here and excited to see all you’ll learn and accomplish in the years ahead! 🎉

🎉 Happy 1 Year, Eric! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Eric and his first year with DeFalco’s! As one of our service drivers, Eric is always on the move and willing to cover wherever he’s needed. No matter where the day takes him, he’s always ready to get the job done.

His sense of humor keeps everyone laughing, but what really stands out is the way he treats our customers. Eric takes the time to listen, makes sure they feel heard, and always does his best to make a stressful situation a little easier.

Thank you, Eric, for all of your hard work over the past year. We appreciate everything you do and look forward to many more years! 🚗🎉

Keeping our beaches clean and enjoyable takes a lot of work behind the scenes! 🏖️ When this Barber Surf Rake went out of commission, Chris J. helped get it loaded up and on its way to be repaired. Hopefully it’ll be back to keeping our beaches clean in no time! 🚛🌊

🎡 What a day celebrating the incredible DeFalco’s team and their families! ❤️

Our Carnival Employee Appreciation Party was filled with great food & ice cream, games, rides, laughter, and so many special memories. After a long, hot, and busy summer, there was no better way to say thank you to the people who keep DeFalco’s moving every single day.

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices our employees—and their families—make throughout the year. This day was all about YOU, and we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🎪🍿🎠

Thank you for another amazing summer and for being such an important part of the DeFalco’s family! 🇺🇸🥳

Keeping it local! ❤️🚛 Taylor has been busy helping keep some of our local businesses on the move. From food trucks and shuttles to work trucks and box trucks, when they need a tow, DeFalco’s is there to help. 💪

We love getting the chance to serve the same businesses that serve our community every day!❤️
