👏 **A Proud Moment for Sunset Hills Subaru — Congratulations, Shawn King!** 💙
We couldn’t be prouder of our Assistant Service Manager and Love Promise Champion, **Shawn King**, who received a very special recognition at Subaru’s National Business Conference in Las Vegas.
In front of Subaru retailers from across the country, Shawn’s story was shared as an example of what true leadership can look like — and how **one person willing to step up and say, “I can help,” can create a ripple effect throughout an entire organization.**
Shawn’s journey at Sunset Hills Subaru began as a technician. When he saw an opportunity to make our Service Department better, he stepped forward — eventually becoming Shop Foreman, mentoring technicians, improving communication between our technicians and service advisors, and helping create a better experience for our customers.
But he didn’t stop there.
Shawn continued to ask where he could make a difference, eventually becoming our **Assistant Service Manager and a Subaru Love Promise Champion**, helping connect our employees with our community and strengthening a culture built around supporting one another.
As Subaru shared at the conference:
**“You don’t need a title to be a leader.”**
Shawn is proof of that.
What started with one person wanting to help created ripples that have reached our employees, our customers, and our community. To see Shawn and the Sunset Hills Subaru story recognized on a national stage is an incredible honor — and one that our entire team can be proud of.
