$50 cash reward - Please help me identify the two women in the pictures below. They think it is okay to dump 3 extra large trash bags filled with snow crab legs in my business dumpster (signs are posted on the dumpster as well as around the entire business stating no dumping). It’s truly pitiful how lazy people are. Thank you for your help.

If anyone recognizes or knows the man below in the picture, please be careful and do not let him fool you. He thinks it is okay to sign a contract to paint our car wash, ask for a large deposit upfront, and then never show back up to do the work he promised, nor return our money back to us. He is nothing more than a thief, and I really hope he does not do the same thing to someone else.
