Using a 320 grit silica carbide ball hone and some light oil, we got the crosshatch back into the cylinder of the KTM XCW to almost like new. Just about ready for reassembly and decking!

Doing a top end rebuild for a 2019 KTM XCW 300 TPI with about 160 hours starting with cleaning up the power valve. Didn’t get as many before pictures but the v***r hone really comes in handy for this kind of work. Up next with will be a flex honing for Nikasil cylinder lining!

Sneak peek at the initial install of a one-off, big brake setup on this 84 Shovelhead. With the bigger, badder, faster, stronger motor installed; we think it’s just as important to be able to stop quicker as well!

Caliper is a 6 piston Tokico from a JDM sportbike paired to a 320mm stainless rotor, stainless braided lines, and all held together with a custom machined adapter done in-house.

Now that it’s proven to fit AND work: we’ll match it up with the proper master cylinder, clean it up a bit and give it appropriate hardware. Stay tuned

Back in November, we had posted the initial pictures of a project a customer brought in. It's actually a 1958 Cushman that was brought to us in few different boxes and was definitely showing its age. It has some sentimental value for the owner and he asked if we could get it back to road-worthy condition.

Well we think it'll be much better than that! The progress so far is fantastic and it's pretty close to being ready! The red paint came out great and will contrast really nicely with the newly-black frame and silver motor.

Added a few more before/after photos along with some updated images as well! Tell us what you think!

1969 Yamaha Trailmaster 100 L5T was just brought in. The owner would like to get it back to [off]roadworthy condition. We'll go through the basics and throw on some new tires but with a quick cleaning and a few replacement parts, we think this would be a cool little vintage dual sport bike!

Milled out a set of "pre-owned" Warp 9 axle sliders from a different bike to fit this customer's track-only 2010 Husqvarna SMR510 supermoto and we think they came out great!

They were designed for a bike with a narrow axle and since there was plenty of metal to work with, we expanded the axle hole and even retained the press fit on the sprocket side block.

Then we had to mill the sides to fit the narrower block channel on the swingarm and now it's a perfect fit! This project is coming along nicely!
