🚀 HOW IT STARTED
When Ford introduced the Bronco in 1966, legendary racer 🏁 Bill Stroppe immediately saw its potential as an off-road race vehicle. He began modifying Broncos to compete in famous desert races such as the 🌵 Baja 500 and Baja 1000. His Broncos quickly became dominant in off-road racing and helped establish the Bronco's reputation as a rugged 💪 4x4.

🌟 BIRTH OF THE BAJA BRONCO
Thanks to its racing success 🏆, Ford and Bill Stroppe partnered to create a street-legal version of the race truck.

In January 1971, Ford announced the Baja Bronco 🎉. Customers could order one through their local Ford dealership, and Ford would ship the vehicle to Stroppe's shop in 📍 Long Beach, California, where the Baja conversion was completed before delivery.

Ford continued the Stroppe Edition into 2026 🚗💨, allowing a new generation of Bronco enthusiasts to experience the spirit of the legendary Baja Bronco. 🌵🏁🇺🇸
