Gonna throw another one of these post out there.

We have nothing to hide NorthWest Heavy Repair. Always offering our best to all of our customers, and making sure they are always taken care of, epically with our no questions asked coverage on parts warranty’s.

With that being said Dobbs peterbilt group is a flat out joke, and lost our business a long time ago

Installed a new starter 4 months ago, and it has failed. Got the starter exchanged under warranty to only find out we have to pay for the new warranty starter, and wait a minimum of 4-6 weeks to see if we get reimbursed.

Any one of our dozens of vendors offer no questions asked exchanges on parts warranty

Keep it up Dobbs group…..your customer service fails us yet again.

They have bounced back 3, $12,000 parts deposits Over the last week, not for insufficient founds but for disputing the payments they made.

Truck isn’t leaving anytime soon………

In the mean time, we have an x15 turbo core, and a DPF for sale to recoupe some funds until this is settled 🤣
