Hi! We’re Jaime and Patricia, the husband-and-wife team behind Re**er Protech.

We started Re**er Protech with one simple goal: to provide the kind of service we’d want to receive ourselves. Honest communication, dependable repairs, and a company that truly puts its customers first.

Jaime has spent more than 20 years working on Carrier and Thermo King transport refrigeration systems. Beyond diagnosing problems and keeping fleets running reliably, he’s dedicated to training skilled technicians and maintaining the high standards of workmanship our customers can expect on every service call.

While Jaime leads our technical operations, Patricia manages the business side of Re**er Protech—from scheduling and customer communication to billing, contracts, and fleet maintenance programs—making sure every customer has a smooth, professional experience from the first call to the final invoice.
