Trying out a new inner mud plug design! My first, unreleased, version was a bit overkill for what its purpose was. The inner barrel rarely faces severe impacts, like the outer beadlocks.

This design is more efficient in manufacturing and will be as resilient as it needs to be!

I want this to be as universal and simple as possible for all applications. If I’ve planned correctly, this should fit all aftermarket axles AND stock axles. The wheels will be the tricky part, but I’m going to do the best I can to plan for everything.

I plan to offer the mounts for these in a “Standard” model (3D printed CF Nylon - brass m6 threaded inserts) and a “Pro” model (billet 6061 aluminum).

Maybe I’ll wash my quad by the time these are ready for release. 🤣😉

Happy with the way this new setup turned out for the billet upper motor mount!

Easy as flipping over and adding a new piece of stock. This helps ensure repeatability and efficiency. I’m really glad I took the time to make this fixture setup.
