Congratulations Jason Rosenbaum!! 🏆
ROSENBAUM DROPS .005 TOTAL IN THE FINAL OF MEZIERE ENTERPRISES SUNDAY TO COLLECT FIRST WCBR MAIN EVENT
Jason Rosenbaum of Victorville, CA, wore the scoreboards out Sunday as 4.71 anything was posted up above his win light for what seemed like a lot more laps than needed for him to win todays’ race but it was exactly what put him in Winners Circle.
In the round of 4, Rosenbaum squared up with last years Sunday winner, Rayce Kidd. Kidd left .004 but only .004 ahead of Rosenbaum who was .008 and at the stripe Rosenbaum trusted the dial to be 4.713 while Kidd elected to get behind and was.02 above 4.690 on the 4.67 dial.
On the other side was Joey Trotsky of Ventura, CA, in the front engine dragster who also had been imposing his dial on the scoreboards all day and Randy Cloud of Galt, CA. Cloud was .012 to Trotsky’s .016 on the starting line but couldn’t run the 5.67 dial and crossed 5.697 as Trotsky slid in to be 5.212 on the 5.20.
Rosenbaum parlayed lane choice in the final round into .002 while Trotsky was .009 and Rosenbaum never relinquished control of the race as he drove it to a dead on 4.713 to Trotsky’s dead on 7.
