The level of customer service was exceptional, from making the initial appointment to having the work completed accurately, promptly and at the quoted (reasonable) price! Shoutout to Mike Whitson, Service Advisor, for his patience in explaining potential issues with my high mileage vehicle in layman’s terms, saving me from spending a lot of money on repairs recommended by the dealership that I didn’t really need…very kind, professional and honest! "The guys here were very nice , and professional!!!!! The manager Mike explained to the mechanic that I was extremely tired after working a 16 hour overnight shift and they got my oil change done in no time!!! Once they finished everything was explained to me on my multi point inspection, and they immediately sent me copies via text and email of the stuff that needed to be worked on. No pressure to fix things there like other places!!!!!!! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks guys!!!!"
