After a 6 year break, I made it back out to the track. I used to have a 1990 CRX for track days, but that went away; then, I got busy which meant that the track had to wait.

In Sept 2022, I got a new 2022 Veloster N, Performance Blue, MT6. I lucked out when this one was delivered to the local Hyundai dealer, and it was exactly what I wanted.

The car did very well on the track, and I look forward to additional track days this year.

2022 Veloster N: Performance Blue with a Manual 6 speed. I was looking for a new fun car, with a budget in mind. The budget eliminated the Supra and Civic Type R, so the Veloster won out. I use it for my commuter and will see track days. I will create posts for the events I attend

I just received a new GoPro Hero 4, so I will start messing around with it and get some videos uploaded. I have a few track days and autocrosses coming up, so I should have some decent videos to mess around with in the GoPro software.

Went onto eBay to buy my flywheel\clutch\pressure plate\throw out bearing kit and found a kit which I like with a "Make Offer" button. Never tried that before, so I submitted an offer, and I'll see if they accept it.

The B18c got delivered last Thursday, and the work has started. I got the harness removed and labeled and the trans removed. parts are on order for this week

Finished up an Autocross, but missed the afternoon runs from a dead battery. Need to chase down the battery drain. Dang it

Ran out of welding gas over the weekend. May make a re-fill trip over lunch time.
