Blair’s Towing & Recovery Inc. is looking for an emergency call center dispatcher to join our team! We are looking for both day and night shift employees FT/PT! Weekend availability is necessary!
Responsibilities:
• Receive and answer all emergency and non-emergency calls with proper phone etiquette
• Dispatch calls to drivers in a timely fashion
• Release vehicles to customers
• Become a “go to” for all customer service related issues
Requirements:
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and well under pressure
• Drug free work place
• Professional phone etiquette
• Strong work ethic
• Dependability!!
• Knowledge of the NOVA area
• Experience preferred but not required…we will train!
