NTL Industries was honored to host DLA Warren at our facility here in Sterling Heights, Michigan!

This visit was a great opportunity for their team to see the types of components they source and the manufacturing processes behind them while giving our team the opportunity to gain insight into the contract administration side of the process as well as the chance to showcase our capabilities. It was a great exchange of knowledge and a chance to better understand how government and industry come together to support the same mission.

Thank you to Carlo Daleo and Jamal Brooks for coordinating this visit with us and to the entire Defense Logistics Agency Warren team for taking the time to attend and participate.

And another thank you to our team for coming together to represent NTL and host this wonderful group!

Our shipping area at NTL Industries Inc. has been revamped! 📦

At NTL, quality doesn’t stop when the machining is complete. We take great care with every project from the moment material arrives at our facility until the finished parts are packaged, shipped, and safely in our customer’s hands.

As we continue to grow, we’ve created a more organized and dedicated Shipping & Receiving area designed to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, traceability and customer satisfaction.

But the biggest upgrade isn’t just the new space, it’s the person running it! We now have a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk, Rylee.

Rylee has already made an impact in her new role. She took the initiative to redesign and organize the space while quickly learning the responsibilities that come with managing our shipping and receiving operations.

What makes this milestone even more special is that Rylee is the daughter of NTL’s owners, Greg and Shelley McArthur. Seeing the next generation become involved in NTL Industries makes it even more meaningful.

Today we are celebrating the 1 year work anniversary of NTL Industries' youngest machinist, David! 🎉

David is on of our up and coming stars here at NTL. When he joined us a year ago, he was only doing minimal setups and still learning the ropes. Now he’s running two CNC machines simultaneously, handling all of his own setups, and doing his own programming. 💪⚙️

Thank you David, for all of your hard work and dedication to your craft. We’re proud of how far you’ve come in just one year and we’re excited to see where your skills take you next.

The NTL team had the opportunity to attend the Naval Gold Coast Expo in San Diego! ⚓☀

They were able to connect and engage with several Naval buying commands and other leaders in the defense industry to discuss their manufacturing needs an how we can support their missions.

As a Woman Owned Small Business and AS9100D certified precision CNC machine shop, opportunities like this are invaluable. They allow us to build relationships directly with the people and organizations looking to strengthen the U.S. defense industrial base and connect with capable American manufacturing partners.

We are looking forward to fostering these new relationships and continuing to contribute to a stronger DIB. 💪

NTL was well represented at GVSETS (Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering & Technology Symposium) this year!

The crew walked the floor, volunteered at the event with NDIA Michigan Chapter, attended the National Advanced Mobility Consortium (NAMC) member meeting and spent some time manning the Space Force Association Michigan Chapter booth.

This event is always a wonderful opportunity to connect with others in the industry, learn more about the army’s current needs and how we can support, as well as meet with current and potential customers and see how we can collaborate with each other.

It’s incredible to be in a room of people all with the same mission of supporting our warfighters.
