Fuel Pressure Problems? Here’s What We Found.

This truck came into our shop with a low-side fuel pressure issue, so our technicians got to work diagnosing the problem.

The low-side fuel system is responsible for moving fuel from the tank toward the engine’s high-pressure fuel system. When that pressure isn’t where it should be, it can lead to issues like:

⚠️ Hard starting
⚠️ Loss of power
⚠️ Poor engine performance
⚠️ Stalling

After diagnosing the issue, we found that the low-side fuel pump needed to be replaced.

Now we’re getting the new pump installed and working to get this truck back to proper operation and back on the road.

This is why proper diagnostics matter. Find the root cause, make the right repair, and keep the truck moving.

Quarterly Team Event: Movie Night! 🍿

Our team recently stepped away from the shop for a little fun and some well-deserved time together!

We headed to Cinergy Theater in Charlotte for a team movie night, enjoyed a delicious Italian buffet, and caught Spider-Man: Brand New Day on the big screen.

Our quarterly events are one of the ways we like to celebrate our team and make time to connect outside of the day-to-day work.

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 | 𝗡𝗼𝗮𝗵 𝗔.

As Service Manager at our Statesville location, Noah plays a key role in keeping the shop running smoothly. From overseeing work delegation and maintaining quality standards to providing expertise in diagnostics and engine repairs, he helps ensure every job is completed the right way.

Noah's journey in the diesel industry began right out of high school and has included hands-on experience in metal fabrication, trailer body work, suspension systems, engine repairs, and shop operations. He also holds certifications in welding and AC, bringing a diverse skill set to the team.

One of Noah's proudest career accomplishments was building a Detroit 60 Series engine and taking on custom fabrication projects that challenged him to learn, grow, and expand his expertise.

Outside of the shop, Noah enjoys taking vacations and spending time working on his pickup truck, putting his passion for craftsmanship to work on personal projects.

His commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed makes him an invaluable leader at Gallaher Fleet Solutions.
