Bassett Heritage Day, September 12, 2015 - sponsored by the Stanleytown Ruritan Club - Mark your Calendar - Pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. behind Wells Fargo Bank. Opening Ceremony at 8:45. Bassett Parade - 2:00 p.m. Music on the Main Stage in front of the Bassett Main Office by the band GENEVA'S CONVENTION with Geneva Hodges, Charlie Milliron, Dillon Clements and Austin Janey - 11:30 to 1:30. Quilt Raffle Drawing - 3 p.m. Historical Exhibits in Train Depot. Many Vendors with food, crafts, etc. located on the streets. We hope to see everyone out and about !!!!!!

Bassett Heritage Day - September 14, 2013 - Sponsored by the Stanleytown Ruritan Club - Mark your calendar - Pancake Breakfast from 7 to 11. Opening ceremony at 9. Parade at 2 - thanks to Shirley Amos of Shirley's Florist in Bassett and Paul Kennedy of Bassett Funeral Home. The Band - Troublesome Highway - will take the stage around 11 until 2. There will be historical exhibits in the Train Depot. There will be many vendors for food, crafts, etc. Hope to see everyone out and about!!!!

Just a reminder about Bassett Heritage Day sponsored by Stanleytown Ruritan Club, Saturday, Sept 10. Come for the pancake breakfast from 7 to 11. Opening ceremony at 9, parade at 2, Cana Ramblers and Old Dominion Cloggers from 11:30 to 1:30. Historic exhibits, classic cars, kids games, slides, and rides.
Remote control airplanes, SAR encampment, food vendors, crafts and more. See you there!!!!
