As you could expect, Tom was fairly unhappy when a "Road Gator" jumped up and bit him, causing some pretty extensive damage to the fender. So when Tom brought us his car he was concerned it could be repaired without "seeing" the repair. He was referring to matching the older black paint to the fresh new paint. Appearances are important, so a new reproduction fender was obtained, bodyworked and Joe was masterfully able to get the perfect match to the black, refinished the fender, and our finishing department put the right polish on the rest of the car, making this repair "unseen" just as Tom was hoping for. Thank you again Tom!

Dan's 1964 El Camino is getting a custom made smugglers box in the bed for a secure "trunk" area to keep his belongings safe. The previous box made by another shop lacked some of the design elements that Dan was looking for originally. Brad, our fabricator has already upped the game with handmade weather sealing tracks, which will keep the box dry and free of moisture pe*******on , a feature lacking in the previous design, and a stylized facia. (this is coming!) Brads design is not only going function much better, it will also look great and provide that little custom touch to make Dans El Camino stand out from others.

When Joe brought us his car, he was not happy with the factory seats that were still in the car as well as a "homemade" type of center console. He know he wanted a change. So a set of very cool seats were found. They were from a wrecked 2023 Buick Invista SUV. So Joe got the seats and they threw in the center console from it also. So when Joe asked us to install the seats and console we knew we were in for a job..lets face it, the plastic center console was FAR from fitting the classic car floor, let alone be functional and look good. Thats where FHA jumped in! Scott and Justin were able to tediously fabricate the console to not only fit amazingly well, but it is tight, at the correct height and functions with the manual transmission shifter. (the original trans in the Buick would have been an Automatic.) Our interior dept, Ashley or Bella will have to make a shifter boot to conceal the hole and find a way to cleanly mount it.

We are excited to be working on Chads 1969 Ford Mustang! The engine was disassembled, machined, re assembled and returned from II Speed & Machine and is starting to take shape. We broke the engine back down to get a nice coat of Ford blue and a Matte clear coat applied over it. Ben is now assembling the engine, getting it ready to install.

Craig and Cindy's 1971 Cadillac is getting it's newly refinished Chrome after receiving it back from . This is a process that must be done slowly and carefully. The re-assembly stage is a "slightly" stressful process. There is lots of positioning, and movement of bulky heavy parts that could be damaged as well as the large panels of freshly painted car! We take our time, watch carefully where the parts are when fitting and carefully tighten all the fasteners making sure no paint is cracked or damaged in anyway. Every step is important, and completed with care.

The team is making a lot of progress on Joe's 1966 Chevelle! The hood was modified to allow the fitment over the Beefy "Ram Jet" upper intake manifold. The team did an amazing job on it! Scott has continued assembly of the under hood items as well as the body trim install. Stephen has got the electrical harnesses ran and routing throughout the car and mostly completed. All the additional stereo wiring in also rund providing Joe with the necessary wiring to do his own sound system install. The additional items will be hooked up when the interior is put in.

Ashley and Bella are doing a great job with Tim's 1976 Cadillac interior project. They has stripped the inside, applied sound deadener, and Ashley is working to complete the door panels and seats, while Bella is making a sweet custom center console featuring lighted cup holders and a USB charger port in the middle concealed by a Cadillac emblem that swings away! Super Cool! Not to mention, hand stained veneer, and matching carpeted parts with trim. Cadillac did not offer a sweet console for the car , but FHA solved that issue! The interior needs to be covered when not in use, so they are also preparing and installing a new convertible top on the car!
