Vida Elkins RV Park

09/12/2026

🏕️ Running an RV park is definitely NOT a “collect rent once a month and forget about it” kind of business. 😂

At VERV (Vida Elkins RV Park) we’ve always believed that the people who stay here become an extension of our community. We don’t just see you as a lot number or a monthly payment. We see you as neighbors, friends, and part of our little RV park family. ❤️

Sometimes that means helping hook up an RV.
Sometimes it means backing someone in.
Sometimes it means lending a tool, accepting a package, or helping figure out “why the heck is this doing that?” 🤣

And apparently, somewhere along the way, we also picked up a side career in plumbing. 🚰🔧

Running a park comes with plenty of unexpected moments, maintenance, questions, and the occasional situation that nobody had on the schedule that morning. We do our best to roll with it, find a solution, and take care of our people.

We truly appreciate every one of our tenants and the understanding you show when those unexpected situations arise. Your patience, kindness, and willingness to work with us mean more than you probably realize.

At the end of the day, VERV is more than RV spaces.

It’s a community and we’re grateful to be a part of yours. ❤️🏕️

Friendly reminder please do not flush anything but toilet paper down your toilet. The entire line of Rv clean outs in the shaded section of the park is backing up. We just installed a new 4 inch line a few months ago so it should not be giving us any issues. Flushable wipes and feminine hygiene products are usually the culprit. I will be snaking the line in the morning after everyone goes to work. I appreciate everyone’s help. Thank you very much for your help in this matter.

🌷 Spring Has Sprung at VE Family RV Park! 🌷

The warmer weather is finally rolling into West Texas and that means longer days, fresh air, and time to enjoy the great outdoors here at VE Family RV Park! ☀️🌾

As we move into our spring maintenance season, we kindly ask all residents and guests to help us keep the park looking its absolute best.

To maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the park for everyone to enjoy, please be sure to:

✅ Pick up any trash, cigarette butts, and personal belongings around your RV space
✅ Clean up after your pets and keep our grounds tidy 🐾
✅ Keep dumpster lids closed to help prevent critters and unwanted smells
✅ Keep your area clear so we can spray for weeds and perform seasonal maintenance

Keeping spaces picked up allows us to properly treat weeds and maintain the park so it stays a clean, welcoming, and exceptional place for everyone who calls VE Family RV Park home.

We truly appreciate everyone doing their part to help keep our park looking great this spring! 🌿

Thank you for helping us take pride in our community.

🌫️ Spur woke up looking like a mystery movie this morning.
If you can’t see past your hood, it might be the fog…
OR your windshield wipers might be doing absolutely NOTHING for you. 👀💀

Roll on over to DC Auto Supply — we’ve got wipers, bulbs, defoggers, and a staff that’s had just enough caffeine to function.
Drive safe, y’all. 🤣🚗
