OE or Aftermarket Wheels — Which Is Better for Your Truck?

The answer isn’t always as simple as matching the bolt pattern.

OE wheels are designed around the vehicle’s factory width, offset, brake clearance and suspension geometry. Aftermarket wheels can also be a great choice, but differences in wheel width and offset need to be considered to get the fit right.

For example, going from an 8.5" OE wheel to a 9" aftermarket wheel can change where that wheel sits in the fender well — and in states like Massachusetts, how far the tire sticks out can matter too.

At B&B Enterprises, we sell both OE and aftermarket wheels, and we help customers make sure the setup actually fits.

Because a good deal is only a good deal if it fits.
