Park East Housing located in the heart of downtown Springfield, MO with a location and views that cannot be be Park East more than just housing for MSU students. Yep.

Park East is its own neighborhood of student properties in downtown Springfield, MO. Sure, we have great apartments, but we're also a neighborhood that strives to live bigger, do more and change things for the better. Our community consists of four unique properties- Sky Eleven, The Sterling, The U, and Cresco. Each property offers its own lifestyle. Find out which one is best for you. Sky Eleven:


Sky Eleven has a lot to offer (just ask our concierge). A sanctuary for rest and study? A stylish perch, high above the buzz of the city? Absolutely. Shared areas that afford both community and privacy? No question. In all of downtown, Sky Eleven has a vantage like no other. The Sterling:
The Sterling--our micro-unit student housing community--embraces this. After all, space and stuff aren't the keys to happiness; in fact, they can impede it. Each apartment is for your own stuff (of course). However, the building itself has areas of shareable stuff--things you might not need everyday but might borrow--like a wrench, a mixer, an electric car....you know, the little things. So basically, share a little bit, live a lot better. The U:
