Every tire tells a story.Customer said tire just blew.She heard nothing ,felt nothing,no tire pressure warning light.Nothing. And it's my fault because I sold her the defective tire.The tire tells me it has been dragged hundreds if not thousands of miles.When we got it on the lift and removed the wheel and brake rotor,the emergency brake shoes fell out.Worn to nothing.They fell apart and locked the brake and wheel up.They are gouged ,scraped and mangled.But nothing was heard.Imagine dragging a tire around for so long and only three wheels rolling and not being aware of anything unusual. Interesting psychology course here.When the car was repaired and made right,she called back wondering why there was a noise in the front end.
