Over the four-day 2025 Labor Day weekend, OSHP troopers made 402 OVI arrests and issued over 3,800 speeding citations amidst 23 fatal crashes that claimed 27 lives.

Did you know Ohio law allows certain side-by-side (UTV) farm vehicles to travel on public roads for agricultural purposes when specific requirements are met?

A few key reminders:
✅ Farm use only
✅ Display a Slow Moving Vehicle (SMV) emblem
✅ Maximum speed of 25 MPH on public roads while displaying the SMV emblem
✅ Travel is permitted between farm fields (freeways excluded) under Ohio law
