Welcome to the Thompson family moments here! Dallas was "encouraging" his company to upgrade one of their corporate vehicles and we were finally able to make it happen! David and Kathy have been patient with me for months waiting for just the right vehicle to show up on our lot! Once I saw it, I knew it would be "the one" and they drove home in their Certified Pre-owned Buick Enclave! Always blessed to have just the right vehicles for all our customers! Yesterday was another great day! Melissa and Craig came in early to pick up her 2027 Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum! Leanne and her daughter picked up their 2026 Certified Chevy Equinox to take the place of her Buick Enclave! Lastly, Kim and Wanda (I forgot to get a 📸) gave me the best experience of the day. Upped them at the door, landed on the right car, test drive and got to know them better, fair negotiation and delivered their all new GMC Acadia! The "textbook" 5 star sales experience! Other than setting up their app on their phone (technology challenged with an Iphone). #1 in 26

Had one of the busiest Saturdays I have had in a while! Thought I was selling a white truck and my customer changed to a black truck and wants different wheels so next week will deliver. Delivered a new Red Buick Envista Avenir to a nice shy Halloween loving customer! Caught a nice couple from Arkansas on the lot with specific wants and had just the right truck! Summit white, 5.3, slate interior with power back window. Huge thanks to the Thompson family for a great selection! #1 in 26

Randy and Kathy have been long time customers and finally pulled the trigger on a Certified Cadillac all electric Vistiq! I so enjoyed their banter and back and forth discussions! Randy is lucky they didn't leave in a new Escalade!! #1 in 26

Yesterday was a great day! Welcomed three new customers to the Thompson family! Regina and Jeff flew in from Florida to get the all new blue Cadillac Vistiq that we just got in! They got a crash course on charging and range and when I checked on them last night, everything was going well! I always try to find something in common with my customers and when I mentioned BBQ, they are good friends with a BBQ Champion I knew that they know from racing. Donny Bray you are widely known, my friend! My other customers were shy but happy with their experience! #1 in 26

Brian came in and upgraded his black Denali 1500 for another black Denali 1500! I have sold 3 of his kids vehicles and it was a pleasure to take care of him also! We found a black all electric Cadillac Vistiq for a customer in Branson after working with them for quite a while! Jeffery was referred my his father to me who is a great long time customer and we had just the right GMC Canyon available. So blessed to help generations of families with their vehicle needs! #1 in 26

The Williamson's came down from Bolivar to get a new GMC 1 ton Dually for their business and we had just the right one! Christy traded in her Acadia that she got from me after Covid for this Terrain that just came in. So blessed when customers come back to me and the Thompson family. #1 in 26

The Wilson family reached out this morning about a new truck. They were looking at 2 different models and after looking at them side by side, settled on a new 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 SLT!
