Hot Rod projects, collision repairs, and custom paint/body jobs can be done here! Dan has over 45 years experience and equips the facility with the most up-to-date equipment to properly diagnose and repair vehicles. We offer a free local shuttle service and same-day

turnaround (in most cases). Most extended warranties can be honored through our shop. AAA members, senior citizens, and Klein/Spring ISD employees receive 5% parts AND 5% labor discount on all repairs. We back the work our ASE Certified Technicians perform with a 24-month/24,000-mile NATIONWIDE warranty. We're an official TX State Inspection Station and bonded auto Dealer. Dan's Automotive is a AAA approved facility -- received 100% Customer Satisfaction from AAA members almost every year! We've been a member of the BBB since 2003, with receipt of an A+ rating and Gold Star Certificate each year.

Well, friends...⭐️BIG ANNOUNCEMENT⭐️ and long post alert!!
The time that we knew would eventually come, has come...with many mixed emotions, we announce Dan THE Man has RETIRED!!

It was always the plan for Audra to take over when this time came, but Dan received an offer that he couldn't refuse and sold the property and business -- which allows Dan to start his much-deserved retirement at 76. With that being said (with great sadness and joy), Audra and Dan are no longer at Dan's Automotive. However!! Roy, Jacob, Oscar, Mark, and Sheldon are all still on-site with the new owners. All warranty work can still be handled as usual, so just return there if you have any issues with past repairs under warranty. And for your future needs, please continue supporting your local small business auto repair and paint/body shop -- still "Dan's Automotive" for the time being, but the name will change in the coming months.

On a personal level -- THANK YOU!! Thank YOU for your support and friendships the past almost 23 years!! 💙 We have watched your kids grow up, get married, and have babies of their own. We have been a part of customers experiencing their own hardships and losses...and we continue to grieve/miss customers that have passed away. And you have watched us change and grow in many different aspects. You have experienced our accomplishments, hardships, and losses with us, and have been witness to Gracie and Little Daniel growing up at the shop -- many of you held/played with Daniel so Audra could answer the phone or accept parts. A left-handed customer showed Daniel how to tie to his shoes and later give writing tips so he wouldn't smudge the pencil/ink. A very dear customer officiated the funeral of Dan and Emma's youngest daughter in 2004 and later for Dan's mom. We have customers all the time stop in just for a chat/ice cream, call just to check on Dan and Emma, and many have supported the school supplies/coat/food/toy drives Audra has hosted. YOU have made a tremendous impact in/on our lives -- for forever! 🫶

There have been MANY tears shed these past few days...we will miss you all a TREMENDOUS amount!! We wouldn't be where we are without our customers, vendors, and all of our employees (current and past), and we simply cannot thank each and every one of you enough!

With our LED sign being down, we needed another way to show passersby (I confirmed that is the correct plural 😉) that we're a Toys for Tots collection site...I emailed the amazing people at SignVille on Sawdust Rd. They not only made these yard signs, they donated them to us - how great is that!?!? SignVille has made the last few banners we've needed...great people, easy to work with, and great quality. Give them a call for your banner and signage needs!

It's our favorite time of year....when we and our customers get to help make a difference for kids in our community!!! Dan and Audra are always so proud to deliver all that we collect because our people always show up --- let's do it again this year, y'all!
