If you can't make Molly Sims Thursday oil painting sessions (1-4pm 9/10, 9/24, 10/1, 10/15 or 10/29) don't worry. If you are unable to attend her Beginning Oil classes starting on Tuesday, Sept 15th, no stress. This is a 5 session class covering the basics of oil painting running 6-9. If you miss her mini class at our Great Art Adventure on Saturday, Oct 3rd...OK. (Details coming soon).

But try not to miss her 3-day 'Paint Your Pet Portrait' class running October 22nd-24. Using your photo she will take you through the entire process of painting in oils. More details on her class page at SpokaneArtSupply.com.

Stan Miller's Beginning Watercolor series starts on Tuesday, Sept 15th.

One of the best ways to jump into the world of watercolor or add watercolors to your growing artistic quiver. Session one starts with an in-depth discussion of materials and process. The next few sessions you paint tonaly (grey scale) and halfway through you add primary colors to the mix.

The supply list is limited (2 brushes, paper, 4 colors of paint and some accessories), whereas Stan's knowledge is not! $130.00 for the complete, seven session series. Sign up online or in-store.

Still spring cleaning. I have 2 large paper roll holders - each holds 8 rolls up to 36" in width and roll. $60.00 each. We also have an old display rack that would double as a dryling rack; built to hold 20"x30" items. $80.00.

Jeff is coming back!
For all the fans of artist Jeff Olson he is back this month with a great workshop. For $12 you get Jeff, all the materials needed and a 2-hour class on using acrylics with Gelli Plates to create prints.

Workshop runs 10am to noon on Saturday, August 29th.|
