"Hi, my name is Joe and my wife laurie went to the RV show in April down at the fairgrounds, down there, and we came into the gate and met a salesman Levi from Airway Heights RV, talked to him a little bit. And then we went onto the show and looked at all the different rv places that had stuff for sale. And talked to all their salesmans and stuff and came back out, went to leave and got talking with Levi, again and talking about motorhomes, they had sitting there and we ended up going inside and sitting down and talking. We end up at 1 time had all their employees that were at the sale in there. A great-great bunch of people, it was a really great interaction. So anyway, we made a deal on it. And financing was smooth and easy. They did a upgrade on the on the water heater. And it's like I said, we were never pressured on anything. And so anyway, we bought it, and we finally went and got it. And drove it home and got to looking at it. And tires were all pretty rotted on it from sitting. So we went to replace the tires in Deer Park, and put $1700 on tires. And we bought the rv, as is so the wife wanted me to call Jesse from airway heights RV, and see if you could do anything about the tires, but like I told her we bought it as is and they will not do nothing about that. We went up there, Airway RV about a week later as we had to get the plates from them since it came in. And so we went in there, and I was talking to Jesse, a super good guy. Down-to-earth, and I was telling you about the tires and the and the not asking them to do anything or anything like that. There just the conversation you want to know how things are going. And I told him, we ended up putting tires on it. Because they're pretty rot, and we never noticed when we bought it. And so he said, no, that aint right? That's we're we did. We believe in safety and that slipped past us and we'll make it right with you. So he got hold of Jay. The manager and next thing you know Jay. The manager is calling us and a super good guy down-to-earth. And anyway, he in the morning's going to send me a big old fat check for my tires, and I highly recommend anybody looking for an rv to go to Airwave. Heights, rv, they're very honest. Some of the most honest people that I've ever dealt with buying a rig or an rv or anything. Anything and it that definitely treat you like family. And they kept their word, they did everything they said they was gonna do. And I just can't believe that they're gonna send us a check with tires. They could have just said kick rocks and they didn't. They're really super honest and we're very, very happy with them. Highly recommended all right, thank you. "
