🔑 WITH A LAST NAME LIKE PUERTA… THIS STORY ALMOST WROTE ITSELF.

Puerta means door in Spanish—and when Jerson first came to me, a few doors had already been closed because of his credit.

But a closed door doesn't always mean the journey is over. Sometimes you just need the right people helping you find the right one to open.

Through a referral, the right credit relationship, the right lender and Jerson's commitment to the process, he went from the 500s to nearly 700 and roughly 60 days after we first met, we were standing together celebrating his closing. 🏡🔑

🔑 SOMETIMES A NAME FITS THE STORY BETTER THAN YOU COULD PLAN.

The name Ramiro has roots associated with counsel and guidance—and after getting to know Ramiro Rangel Ramirez, that felt pretty fitting.

One of the things Ramiro and I connected over was our love for God and our faith. When we started this journey, we both expected it to take some time.

But call it coincidence, call it timing, or call it something greater... 🙏🏽

Within about 30 days, the pieces started falling into place.

We found the right lender. We found the right opportunity. And sitting on an aged inventory list was a floor plan that fit what Ramiro needed—already built and ready to go, eliminating the build time we originally expected.

Sometimes my job as a builder is knowing when to lead.
