CCR and R has 4 sites ready to park or rent an RV on! Right now we are appointment only as we move closer to opening the park up to the public.

 Send us a message so we can discuss your needs and any future camping with an RV or even tents!

 We are just 5 miles from the south entrance of Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee. 

The Sites do not have power water or septic yet, but you can dry camp and run a generator if you need to. We can discuss your needs and accommodate where we can. 😀

Hello all! We are ramping up for spring! This RV is ready to rent! We have options to to boondock on this property or we can accomodate a delivery and set up to a park in or near Fall Creek Falls.

Sooo it’s been a while since we posted. We have not given up yet. Things are starting to come together. We had some life changes that have directed us in different paths. But we are still moving towards progress in the park.

Once we get some utilities hooked up we will be able to let some RV overnight parking happen. Boondocking may be an option There is the RV turn around that needs to be completed so campers feel safe maneuvering. We are trying to save as many trees as possible which means “obstacles”!

BOONDOCKING RVS 26’ AND UNDER

$30 per night Friday Saturday and Holidays.

Boondocking only. RVs under 26 feet. No electricity, water or sewer. No facilities available. Generators ok.

$25 all other days. No long term. Limited to 7 days.

TENT CAMPING

$20 per night Friday Saturday and Holidays.

We are getting closer but yet so far. We have a few lots ready for a soft opening this fall!

We have a widened entrance with a new lane to the lots.

We can offer boondocking for rigs under 28 ft. No power, water or septic yet. Generators are ok for now.

If you are in the area and want to talk about it leave a message. We may be able to accommodate !!

Fall Creek Falls State park is only 5 miles away. We are on the park road!

Did some trial runs on our new access road. No pads in yet but we are told next week for sure!

Electrical will need ran so we can do a soft opening as soon as possible. Right now it will be a partial “boon docking” experience until we can get everything in.

By the way, it’s such a nice night tonight I think I will sleep right here!
