It's hard to believe it's been 12 years since we laid to rest the LEGEND who poured the foundation here at Ace Towing of Spartanburg LLC. Wofford Webb was a man who's physical stature may have been small but everything else about this man was larger than life. Wofford was the textbook definition of hard work and dedication. This man could and would do things with a tow truck, that unless you saw it with your own eyes you would have never believed it happened. This man loved everyone and would give you his last dollar if he knew you needed it. To work for a man like Wofford was such a blessing. He always treated his employees like they were a part of his family. He always made sure we were well taken care of. The day he passed was not only a huge loss to the company but a huge loss to the towing community. There were alot of unknowns for how the company would go on and if it was even a possibility. But after some conversations with his family and employees, it was decided that with all of the knowledge and training Wofford put into all of us we had to give it a shot. Here we are, going on 12 years strong. To say its been easy would be a lie. We've had ups and downs but we've pushed thru like Wofford would have. I know without a shadow of a doubt that Wofford is smiling down on us and is filled with pride on how we've continued what he started many years ago. He is missed tremendously and we still catch ourselves in situations and ask, what would Wofford do here. We love you and thank you for all you instilled in us!
