Finally had a chance to put a bone stock 06 saab 9-3 aero with an automatic transmission on the dyno. The dyno graphs attached show the power increase over stock with my stage 1 tune.

57whp and 73lb.ft of torque gain!

Also pay attention to the power increase under the curve its massive!

*UPDATE* As of 4/15 we have 5+ buyers for the 1-5th set, so the price will be $5800 until the group buy is submitted. After that a full set will be $6500 so get in while you can!
We are also looking at making 1st gear longer, but have not yet nailed down a ratio.

For all of those making or planning to make big power through a GM F40 transmission, this is your chance to get a bullet proof set of gears. Last year we did a group buy through a company in Australia called PAR for 3rd through 5th gear. After they came in and were installed, they performed great and solved the issue of 3rd gear breaking in 700+awhp applications.

We are now pursuing two new group buys, one for another run of 3rd-5th, and one for 1st-5th. The 3-5 will include 5 gears that will drop into any F40 and convert the stock helical cut gears to the much stronger straight cut. The 1-5 will include all new shafts, straight cut gears, and straight cut final drive (ratios listed below). The final drive gear will be specific to FWD and XWD, so please make it clear when ordering which application you will need. 6th gear is not included to keep it as a "cruising" gear to help with everyday drivability.

1st: TBD
2nd: 2.04
3rd: 1.32
4th: 0.95
5th: 0.85
Final: TBD (will fall between 3.76 and 3.55)

This is a group buy so the more people who buy in will lower the price. For those who join in, half (50%) of the total cost will be due up front, the other half will be required before the gears ship. Shipping will be an additional charge when the time comes. Group buy will close at the end of April at the latest.

Almost finished installing the Maxxecu Race Into my personal car. This has been a fun project. I was able to keep all stock functionality and xwd system working properly with no faults. While controlling fuel/spark/boost with the maxx. Will probably be working on a patch harness to install these as piggybacks for the 2.8 platform.

Recently had the pleasure doing some remote tuning for Dylan Solomon-Pipernea custom big turbo setup 2.8L saab.. The car has many goodies from a blow through maf setup to a return style fuel system running full e85. Car made great power on a very moderate boost level and should be very dependable for him.

This was a cool repair.. cadillac electronic suspension faulted out due to a failed resistor on the control board.. soldered in a new resistor and it works like new.
