Responsibilities
As an Aftermarket Parts Salesperson, you will play a vital role on our team, serving as a subject matter
expert focused on sales and customer service.
Initiates high quality customer service by greeting, engaging, and connecting with all customers
Drives sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional
parts and services to customers needs
Ability to answer and Inform customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales
and promotions
Skillfully fosters customer relationships to cultivate loyalty and build customer retention through in-person
interactions.
Understands and adheres to all company policies, safety and all procedures
Maintains store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe, and secure work environment
Work with your team to provide excellent customer service
Customer-facing position in retail store (answering multiple phones lines, scheduling appointments, point of
sale and computer use and showing customers around showroom floor)
