Do not buy a Shop-Vac vacuum (with a lifetime warranty) from Lowe’s or anywhere else. Lowe’s sold an extended warranty which will not cover until manufacturer warranty expires (Lifetime as I mentioned) so useless and probably fraudulent business practice at the least.
Now on to SHOPVAC themselves, no customer service phone number, only emails to which they requested receipt that was already attached. Proof came in their email back where it showed receipt.
No other contacts from company after several more attempts.

Hey folks, been a while since we have posted. We’ve been hard at it as you know.
Unfortunately the news we have to share is not what we hoped.
Effective immediately we are closed for business. If a vehicle is there currently we will make sure arrangements are made.
Despite our best efforts we are unable to recover from the efforts of Build Back Broke and greedy new property owners, Our rent has increased almost 275% in 2 years. As most of you know insurance has at least doubled, utilities 60% higher as well as TAXES. All the operating costs are just too drastic to counter.
We want to thank our amazing crew, Andy Thomas and Adam Wynne. The best technicians and people I have ever worked with.
Lastly I would like to thank all of YOU, the reason we were here. To say we appreciate you is so understated, but THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND SUPPORT!!! We will miss you.
Please continue to follow and watch the State Port Pilot for any future plans or announcements.
God bless you and your families.
GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸!!!
