Can he do it again?

We’re heartbroken to hear of the passing of Kyle Busch at only 41 years old.

Our house was always a Kyle Busch house. More than 10 years ago my daughter and I went to Loudon for the Cup race and she proudly wore her Kyle sweatshirt all weekend long while cheering him on from the grandstands. Those are the kinds of memories racing gives families, and they stay with you forever.

What hurts most today is not the trophies or statistics. A young family lost a husband and father far too soon. Anyone who has lost someone unexpectedly knows how news like this brings old grief right back to the surface.

The racing community is different than any other. Fans may argue every weekend about drivers and teams, but when tragedy strikes, racers and race fans rally around their own for life. That support does not disappear after the headlines fade.

Right now the family has asked for privacy, and they deserve it. There will be rumors and endless questions online, but today is not about speculation. It is about respect, compassion, and holding space for a family going through unimaginable loss.

From all of us at GRE6, we are thinking of Kyle’s family, friends, the entire team at RCR, and the racing community tonight.

We’ll be closed tomorrow.

I’m heading back home to stand with my town and celebrate the life of a man who meant a lot to many of us. If you knew him, you know. He was one of those rare people. That car guy. Always willing to help. The kind of person who becomes part of the foundation of a place.

He spent over 70 years in that town. Worked on just about everything. Taught more than he ever said. And left an impact that’s hard to measure.

This isn’t about racing or business. It’s about showing up. When someone like this passes, you go. You stand with the people who knew him. I knew him. Dad knew him. We will share stories. We will remember. Dad will be with me. So many stories.

We’ll be back at it after.

Thank you for understanding.

Happy practice day!
After helping some last-minute shoppers at the store, I am on the road and should be over at Stafford Motor Speedway within the hour

Can’t wait to see my racing family. I’m so excited for the new season.
It’s gonna be a great year ! 🏁🎉

Most sponsorship "experts" say chase every opportunity

Sarah learned this the hard way when her fitness brand partnership crashed after 3 months.

She'd been using one of those "free" matchmaking apps for sponsorships. Swiped through dozens of brands daily. Posted her availability everywhere.

"It felt like speed dating," she told me over coffee. "Desperate and transactional."

Her friends thought she was crazy to quit the platform.

"But you're getting matches!" they said.

"You're leaving money on the table!"

Here's what happened next that changed everything.

Sarah stopped chasing. Started building.

Instead of broadcasting her needs, she focused on value creation:

📈 Tracked her audience engagement patterns for 3 months
🎯 Researched brand values before any outreach
💌 Sent personalized partnership proposals (not copy-paste templates)
📞 Made follow-up calls instead of sending desperate emails
📊 Created detailed performance reports for existing partners

The results?

Within 6 months, three premium brands approached HER.

Her partnership values increased by 400%.

Most importantly - her sponsors renewed for multi-year deals.

The "free" platforms profit from your desperation. They train you to think partnerships are transactions.

Real brand relationships take time. They require trust. They demand alignment.

Quick wins destroy long-term value.

Strong partnerships come from doing the foundational work that nobody wants to do.

Build credibility first. Show value consistently. Approach partnerships with intention.

Leave the racing for the track.

Your future sponsors will thank you.
