Office Clerk
Si’s Auto Repair is looking for an entry level office clerk that has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office/shop operations. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping. You must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated
• Answer the phone
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
• Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
• Perform other office duties as assigned
Skills: (Preferred but not required)
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 hour/DOE
